Looking for a perfect antidote to the summertime blues? Why not submit a proposal for the CUNY Games Festival, our conference on game-based learning in higher education?
We’ve got three formats for conference submissions so there’s guaranteed to be something for everyone:
- Presentations are 20 minutes long (plus 5 minutes for Q&A) and provide an in-depth opportunity to discuss the research and practice of game-based learning.
- Shorts are 10 minute talks that discuss research, practice, and games in a briefer form; they are especially well-suited for works in progress.
- The Arcade will feature both a poster session and game demonstrations/play which may include completed games or works in progress. We encourage students to submit poster proposals.
Learn more about the conference here (and submit a proposal)! Feel free to send us any questions at contactcunygames@gmail.com.
